This 1/12 scale 3 story Tudor dolls house shopis hand built by an experienced oak frame carpenter. All doors, windows, stairs and floor boards are oak (polished and laquered). Oak beams are either polished or artificially aged, roof options slate, thatch or clay tiles.

Panel openings can be front or rear.
