1/12 scale Beach Hut, hand made by David Hearn. The base pulls out to show pond and sandcastle. The hut comes ready wired with a light in the porch and a socket in the skirting.
Dimensions of the Beach Hut 13½" long x 14½" high x 10" wide. The pull out beach measures 12" long x 8" wide.
