This delightful character cottage has 3 rooms, and has 6 power points - 1 on the ceiling and another on the skirting in each room. There are false doors on the back walls of the lower two levels, this gives the illusion that the stairs would be reached through them. The ground floor has a plate rack shelf round the room and all the ceilings and wall are beamed.

The Forge is a Tudor style shop with underground forge. It has a light up furnace and an anvil. That is positioned underneath the shop. The shop has 3 bowed windows, and living accommodation above on two more levels. One room includes a light up fireplace and there are candle effect lights in all the rooms. At the very top there are false mill doors and the roof section of this house does not open.

It has some flag stone flooring, wooden flooring as well in the upper rooms, and broken plasterwork to the exterior showing brickwork underneath.

Two of the rooms have log fires, These can be removed to put your own choice of fires in. The ground floor has an inglenook style fireplace which would take a range or spit roasting rack. There is a bay to the ground floor.
