Featuring a typical tudor style frame with solid infilled panels between vertical timber supports. The house is completed in an aged & weathered finish with cracked & dirty rendering
A side entrance to the first floor via the external staircase and to the roof space via a ladder or staircase.
Inglenook fireplaces on two floors are also featured.
All our houses also feature individually laid solid timbered floorboards

Built on solid base with aged timber edges the house measures 37"(94cms) high
the base is 23"(58.5cms) deep by 26"(66cms) wide.

The house is supplied with lighting, variable 12 volt transformer, delivery & set up is included in the price(UK mainland only)

Additional lighting can be installed via access panels at the rear of the house.
Lighting upgrades can be made at the time of purchase, choosing from our range of simple tudor style wall & cartwheel style lighting or lighting from a third party supplier or craftsman.
