The Kensington BasementA well designed basement roughly twice as deep as the house. The panel at the front below the pavement is held on by magnets allowing easy removal, and enabling below the pavement to be used as a cellar etc. The divider can be positioned where you like to make the second room.

Supplied flat packed, unpainted and without claddings etc.
