The eight adjustable room dividers allow you to vary the room sizes and proportions to your liking. In all the flexibility of its thirteen rooms, impressive hall and stairways give tremendous scope for the imaginative miniaturist. So much dolls house to do what you want with!

The Kensington is a four storey Georgian house that is extremely versatile, with four loose dividers allowing a choice of up to 8 room layouts. The stairs are on the left hand side and can be easily removed for decorating. Extra dividers are available.

A well designed basement roughly twice as deep as the house. The panel at the front below the pavement is held on by magnets allowing easy removal, and enabling below the pavement to be used as a cellar etc. The divider can be positioned where you like to make the second room.

For those with restricted space. This Georgian style town house is ideal. With its small footprint, it still has plenty of space spread over four floors for you to decorate. To maximize floor area no space has been wasted with staircases. Just put false doors on the back wall to make the room look complete. Or if you want to put stairs in just cut the openings in the floors before assembling the house.
