Dolls House Cottage Workshop. This 1/12th scale character dollshouse arranged over four floors has bay windows, a roof garden, and includes doors, stairs, chimneys and all trimmings as shown.

Supplied flat packed and unpainted unpainted.

All rooms are 17¼" deep. Ground and 1^st floors have rooms 9¼" high. The 2^nd floor and attic rooms are 8¼" high. All side rooms are 12 5/16" wide.

The hallway is 13¼" wide, as is the central attic room, the 2^nd floor has a loose divider which can be used to separate the stairs and form another room.

The hall is 19⅞" high allowing a grand chandelier to be displayed.

Overall size 39¾” high, 40⅜” wide, 21¾” deep

The Exton House is a double fronted, late Victorian, early Edwardian house, with ground floor bay windows. It is very spacious house with dog leg stairs to give even more character.

There are 3 storeys including the attic. The house dimensions:Overall size, 26” high, 30½” wide, 18” deep. The six inside rooms 8⅛” high, 11” wide, 15⅜” deep. The hallway and landings are 5¾” wide with dogleg stairs between each floor.

Picture shows the Exton House and Basement, which are sold separately. 

The Basement adds three more rooms and outside space. The bay windows follow down into the Basement. The front of the basement is hinged for easy opening. Steps also go down from the pavement into the Basement. The Basement is an attractive addition to the Exton House.

Theophilus Wipples Wonky House is a 1/24th scale Tudor dolls house. a very wonky house - who could live here ??? I the front window is a sign for young girls required for Pickling and Bottling - is this for onions or eye balls !!
