A 1/12 scale hand made dolls house, by David Hearn. This three store house comes wired, with points on the ceilings, in the fireplaces and on the walls.

Height 38inches, width 14ins depth 17 and 1/2 inches maximum this includes chimney and base board. Celing heights are 7 and 1/2 high.

Theophilus Whipple's Wonky House

Theophilus Wipples Wonky House is a 1/24th scale Tudor dolls house. a very wonky house - who could live here ??? I the front window is a sign for young girls required for Pickling and Bottling - is this for onions or eye balls !! Adverts for the Flea Circus, Nose show and other weird stuff adorn the walls around the house. Some of the rooms are lit by candle lights, and there is also a lit fire. There is a beautifully made balcony to the front. This dollshouse has black door knobs.  . The house does not include a transformer.

Bijou Dollshouses was recently reviewed in The Dolls House Magazine published by GMC Publications.

Linda Able opened Bijou in the beautiful Blake House Craft Centre (that includes fifteen shops, a resturant and free parking) at Easter 2007. As Linda says, “I never  thought about having a shop and only came to the craft centre to help a friend run her unit. She suggested I make miniatures and sell them and I have been making miniatures since falling in love with a Robert Stubbs house nineteen years ago. I enjoyed the challenges of making miniatures to fill it.” Linda has tried most crafts; miniature knitting, crochet, wood work, polymer clay modelling, with various degrees of success, and likes to keep her not-so-successful items as they make her laugh or gives them away to friends.

Anouther unit became avaible at the craft centre, and as Linda wanted to sell more dolls’ houses she was very pleased to take it and have the extra space to display them. Linda tries to have lots of hand made, original houses in the shop. She stocks miniatures by Mouse House, McQueenies, Hearth and Home, Reutter, and exclusive local makers who provide a variety of unusual and quirky miniatures. Linda adds, “I hope to find local talented miniature crafters to stock the shop with thier creations.” As an interior designer and artist, Linda is happiest making items that are painted or glues and will paint furniture and dolls’ houses to order. She has also designed a miniature sofa, which she is currently able to offer workshop days to make it.

Corn dollies for sale in the shop,these beautifully handmade corn dollies are a must for farm houses.They were traditionally made from the last wheat standing in the field as  a pagan offering to ensure a good harvest the next year .They became a fertility symbol and any wife hoping to get with child would have had one to help with the process.

These super washing machines have opening soap dispenser drawer a button opens the washing machine drum which can be rotated manually, another button sends it into the washing cycle of noises ,It sloshes then spins slows down and bleeps.Fantastic fun and very realistic.These have been selling at Kensington and the NEC for £15 each.Our price £11  see other items in the kitchen range.
