This magnificent 1/12 scale Tudor Dolls house has three floors and an attic with open wood beams across the ceiling. The house has an open log fire in the basement level, with stone effect floor, and stairs leading to the ground floor. The ground floor has windows looking to the sides and front, and a studded door (this does not open). To the side is a staircase that leads to the first floor bedroom, which also has windows to the front and sides. Each room has candle effect lighting.

Fantastic handmade beamed dollshouse, Locally made in Essex.Made using reclaimed hard woods. Seven large rooms, hallways,with understairs cupboards. with four fireplaces,it has a top floor balcony.It has Richard Stacey real bricks on the chimney stacks and in the porch floor.The back of the dollshouse is wired .and the wires inside the dollshouse are just to show where the holes have been drilled through.

A Transformer and lights would need to be added.

This tudor dolls house is 12th scale, Hand made and signed on the back of the dollshouse by David Hearn, the Post House comes wired, with points on the ceilings and in the skirting, as well as in fireplaces and on walls. This has five rooms and a very useful outside space under the first floor.

There is a beautifully made balcony to the front. This dollshouse has black door knobs.  . The house does not include a transformer.

I the front window is a sign for young girls required for Pickling and Bottling - is this for onions or eye balls !! Adverts for the Flea Circus, Nose show and other weird stuff adorn the walls around the house. Some of the rooms are lit by candle lights, and there is also a lit fire.
